"For dinner, it's a tie between Le Bilboquet in Sag Harbor, Léon 1909 on Shelter Island, and Sant Ambroeus in East Hampton. Grindstone in Sag Harbor for coffee and some cinnamon sugar donut holes or Carissa's for a pistachio cappuccino and chocolate croissant. I do also love the paninis from Cavaniola's Gourmet Cheese Shop.”

"My favorite activity is to be at the beach or out on the water. The ocean beaches in the Hamptons are truly spectacular and we go year around. In the summer we love hopping on the boat and spending a day exploring the bay and going over to North Fork for dinner with friends.”

"When Team Saie comes for an offsite they love to stay at Baron's Cove in Sag Harbor. It has a great vibe and you can walk to Main Street from the hotel.”
