FRANK & EILEEN: You’ve been cooking since your childhood. How did you translate your love for food and recipe development into co-founding your clean supplements brand, UDEA?
LEANNE: The food we eat determines our energy levels and how we’re able to show up in our day. Feeling our very best works from the inside out—that’s my guiding principle in creating recipes, and it’s the same philosophy behind UDEA. Every time you pause your busy day to drink a glass of water and take your supplements, you’re setting yourself up for success. We really believe that taking the time to nourish yourself is a powerful act of self-love.

F&E: Does your work influence your outfitting choices? What are some of your go-to pieces?
LEANNE: I like to be super comfortable while I'm working—looking good with as little effort as possible is always the goal! I love my Frank & Eileen white button-ups the most, paired with vintage jeans or comfortable trousers. It's easy to throw a sweater on top if it’s chilly, and I can go from Zoom meetings to lunches feeling casual but put-together.

F&E: From recipe development to health coaching to entrepreneurship, you’ve been able to tap into multiple passions throughout your career. What advice do you have for fellow women looking to embark on their own unique entrepreneurial journey?
LEANNE: There is no right or wrong way to get to where you are trying to go. We can get so caught up comparing ourselves to others that starting something new can feel hopeless. I always try to stay focused on the journey, not the destination. Do what you love and believe that whatever is meant to be will fall into place.
