Frank & Eileen’s loyalty program is both easy-to-use and completely free! If you’ve already created an account with us, you can use that email address to log in. If not, just sign up with your email to start earning points!

Simply make a purchase or complete any of the available tasks listed on this page like submitting a photo with your product review or selling an item on Reloved. You not only earn points through making a purchase, but we will even reward you with 50 points for joining! For orders placed, points will automatically upload to your account 30 days after your order was delivered. But please note, purchases made with store credit or a gift card won’t accumulate loyalty points.

Joining is free! You can earn points with every purchase and by completing certain activities, which will place you into different tiers of the program. Each tier unlocks exclusive perks, such as early access to new products and personalized offers.

Points from an order will automatically upload to your account 30 days after your order was delivered. When you join, your points will be retroactively applied for purchases made in the past year. For example, if you join the Loyalty Program in February 2025, points will be credited for orders placed between February 2024 and February 2025. Please allow up to 30 days for the points to be applied.

Yes, your points will expire one year after they were earned.

You have 30 days to return an order, and points are added to your account 30 days after delivery. Once the return window has passed, points for the items you’ve kept will be automatically added to your account.

Make sure your Reloved account is the same email as your Frank & Eileen account, and points will be rewarded 30 days after the Reloved item was delivered.

Once you join the program, add your birthday under 'Ways to Earn Points' right here on this page and make sure you’re subscribed to our marketing emails. We will email you your birthday discount on your birthday! However, please note, if your birthday is within 1-30 days of joining, you’ll receive your discount 30 days after signing up, not immediately.

Once you’ve signed up for our loyalty program, we will email you your reward in December. Your reward will be based on your tier status through November of that same year.

Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers. The only code that can be used in combination with other offers is the free shipping benefit for the LOYALTY tier, with code LOYAL.

No, points are not transferrable.

If you’re in the Loyal tier, as long as you placed your order with the email associated with your Loyalty account, returns will automatically be free.

For our Loyal tier members outside the U.S., you can also enjoy free returns! Simply reach out to our Customer Care team at customercare@frankandeileen.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll happily set up that free return.

Free shipping with no minimum is available to the LOYALTY tier only at this time. Make sure you’re using the email address associated with your loyalty account and entering the code LOYAL at checkout. For U.S. customers, you can still get free ground shipping if you spend $250 USD or more (before tax and after discounts) on an order.
