Tomato Sauce
Dice an onion and garlic. Saute in pan with butter until caramelized. Add tomato sauce, salt, dried oregano, let simmer for at least 30 minutes

- Preheat a cast-iron skillet and your oven to 500°F
- Carefully take the hot pan out of the oven and drizzle with olive oil
- Press out your dough in the pan 5-6 inches, ensuring it's still thick in the middle
- Spread a layer of shredded cheese and top with tomato sauce. Sprinkle breadcrumbs, olive oil, and sea salt on top
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked
- Drizzle with more olive oil, fresh herbs, and anchovies

- Press out your dough 5-6 inches, ensuring it's still thick in the middle
